Pricing lists are available on request. Pricing structures based on volume are available. Published price lists are subject to change without notice; we suggest you call to confirm pricing before ordering.

All new accounts must complete a Dealer Application prior to shipment of first order. All new accounts greater than $1,000 will be shipped COD Cash/Certified Check. Standard Term are COD, Company Check, and Credit Card (Visa or Master Card). A 1.5% interest rate per month will be applied to invoices outstanding within sixty (60) days of billing.

All orders are normally shipped via UPS Ground. Other methods including UPS Next Day Air and Second Day Air are available, call for options. Shipping charges are based on actual freight charges, including insurance.

refund & warranty policy...

Any and all problems related to the order must be reported to Total Navigation Supply within THREE (3) business days of receipt. Return merchandise authorization numbers are required on all return items purchased within 30 days. Returns are not permissible except for the following conditions: proven defective product, warranty return and order/shipping error. Returns for other than the reasons listed above are subject to a case-by-case review. An approved return may be subject to a minimum of 15% restocking charge. Any item over 30 days are to be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair if defective.

Gilsson warrants the product agaisnt defects in materials and workmanship under normal use as follows:

1. Gilsson Cables are warranted for One (1) year from the date of purchase.
2. Gilsson BNC, SMB, FME, R-1 & R-2 Antennas, Neoprene Cases, Data cards, and Mounting Brackets are warranted for Six (6) months from the date of original purchase.
3. Gilsson MCX Antennas are warranted for Three (3) months from the date of original purchase due to the delicate nature of the MCX connector components.

If the product becomes defective during its warranty period, Gilsson will, at its option, repair or replace the product with a new or comparable product. This warranty does not cover and will be void for defects or damages resulting from normal wear & tear, casualty, accident, alterations, misuse, abuse, unusual conditions, or use with devices not included in our product compatibility list.

This warranty will be void in the event of improper installation, operation or maintenance, improper service or repair by other than Gilsson Service Providers, and improper connection with peripherals or other causes not arising from defects in materials or workmanship.

All returns must include Return Authorization Number on the packaging and shipped freight pre-paid.

Non-Refundable Items: Opened Software, videos, manuals, OEM manufactured items, and specialty ordered items are NON-REFUNDABLE.
